1. Who we are

Kalorad is a sovereign AI platform built on our own language model. We respect your privacy and collect only the minimum data we need.

2. What we collect

3. Where data lives

Our database runs on our own infrastructure (SQLite/PostgreSQL on our servers). No data is sent to foreign AI services — inference runs on the Kalorad stack.

4. Connected accounts (Google, Microsoft, CRM, mail)

When you connect an account in Connectors, its access is stored encrypted and used only for what you ask Kalorad to do: open a file beside the chat, read or edit a document or a sheet, search your mail, create an event or a lead. Anything that goes to other people waits for your «Yes» unless you chose otherwise in Permissions; changes in your own files and records follow the level you set there (the first level asks before each one). Disconnecting deletes the stored access; where the service allows it (Google), it is revoked as well.

Data from connected accounts is not sold, not shown to anyone else and not used to train or improve our models: a conversation in which Kalorad read or wrote a connected account never goes into a training set, whatever you rate. Kalorad's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
